RHCP SELLS THE ALLAN CANDY COMPANY TO THE HERSHY COMPANY.

TORONTO, DECEMBER 4, 2014 – ReichmanHauer Capital Partners (RHCP) announced that it has today closed the sale of the Allan Candy Company Limited to Hershey Canada for an undisclosed sum.
